By accessing or using ProfitsProspector you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Service Description
ProfitsProspector provides niche research, SERP analysis, and content opportunity tools for content creators and affiliate marketers.
We rely on third-party data sources including Google, Reddit, and Ahrefs (accessed via Apify). Data accuracy is dependent on these upstream sources and may not always be current or complete.
2. Account Responsibility
- —You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- —One account per person — accounts may not be shared or transferred
- —You must be 18 years or older to use the service
3. Credits & Payments
- —Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per use of paid features
- —Credits never expire
- —Credits are non-refundable except where an analysis fails due to a platform error — in that case credits are automatically refunded to your account
- —Subscription plans (where available) renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time
4. Acceptable Use
- —Do not use ProfitsProspector to scrape or reproduce our niche database to build a competing product
- —Do not attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse free features
- —Do not use the service for any illegal purposes
5. Intellectual Property
- —Analysis results generated for your account are yours to use as you see fit
- —The ProfitsProspector platform, codebase, and niche database remain our exclusive property
6. Disclaimers
- —SERP data and competition metrics are sourced from third parties and may not be 100% accurate at the time of viewing
- —Revenue estimates are illustrative only — we make no guarantees of income or results
- —Rankings and competition levels change constantly — always verify data before committing significant resources to a niche
7. Limitation of Liability
- —ProfitsProspector is not liable for any business decisions made based on our analysis or data
- —Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim
8. Termination
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- —You may delete your account at any time — contact us and we will remove your data
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.
